Another deluge is on the way for the already sodden upper South Island

Another deluge is on the way for the already sodden upper South Island

MetService has issued a heavy rain watch for Tasman, from 1pm today until tomorrow morning.

There's a moderate chance it will be upgraded to a warning, and more heavy rain is forecast for Friday.

Local States of Emergencies have been lifted for Nelson and Tasman, after the region suffered almost two weeks of severe weather and flooding.
