A new treatment for Huntington's Disease could be on the way

Auckland University researchers have been using brain cell transplants to replace cells damaged by the disease.
Fifteen in every 100-thousand New Zealanders have Huntington's, an inherited, progressive condition that causes loss of control of the body, and mental health problems.
Research lead Professor Bronwen Connor says having this project in New Zealand is beneficial for Kiwis, who wouldn't usually be a part of a study like this.
