The National Party hopes to court voters lost at the last election

The National Party hopes to court voters lost at the last election

Nicola Willis is serving as new deputy leader under former Air New Zealand Chief Executive Christopher Luxon.

National lost more than 400 thousand votes between 2017 and 2020.

Ms Willis says the lost votes affected the diversity of the party's members.

She says Mr Luxon is committed to diversity and reflecting those they want to represent.

National's shadow cabinet will be announced tomorrow.
