Two men charged in relation to the death of Auckland man Brian James will appear in court today

Two men charged in relation to the death of Auckland man Brian James will appear in court today

James was shot and killed in Mt Roskill's Glass Road, two days before Christmas.

A 42-year-old man was charged with murder yesterday, while a 39-year-old man was charged with being an accessory after the fact, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Police allegedly found a loaded sawn-off shotgun.

Both men are set to appear in the Auckland District Court.

Meanwhile, a 33-year-old man, arrested in Napier earlier this month, is already facing a murder charge over Brian James' death.
