    New Zealand rookie Ryan Wood has claimed a career-best...qualifying second on the grid for tonight's Supercars Perth Supersprint


    Wood trailed pole-winner Chaz Mostert by just 0.14 of a second.

    Matt Payne will start in 8th, with Richie Stanaway 11th and Andre Heimgartner 15th.
