Former England prop Dan Cole is ending an 18-year association with rugby's Leicester Tigers

Cole retired last year after playing 343 times for the club and took up a recruitment and retention manager role.

But he's resigned from the role - saying a change in personal circumstances means he can't give the role the attention it warrants.

Cole also played 118 times for England, winning three Six Nations championships.
