A date has been set for Auckland FC's postponed away game against Sydney FC in the men's A-League

The two sides will square off on Tuesday February 17th at Leichardt Oval in Sydney.

The fixture was originally set down for December 27th in Sydney before organisers decided the Leichardt pitch was in an unsatisfactory condition.

Auckland FC and Sydney will face each other twice in succession, with Mt Smart Stadium already set down to host the two sides on February 7th.

It will leave the Black Knights with a short turnaround for their final New Zealand derby of the season against the Phoenix in Wellington, just four days after the Leichardt Oval match.
