A cyber expert's not impressed with the handling of Manage My Health's massive cyber breach - compromising the data of more than 100-thousand patients

About half of affected users have been notified so far, with the hacker's 100-thousand dollar ransom deadline understood to expire today.

Waikato University's Vimal Kumar says best-practice after a breach is to quickly and clearly tell those affected.

He says it's taken them nine days to reach out to affected patients - which is poor - and some of the messages seem to be shifting some of the blame.
