The Breakers are focusing on performance, not their lowly position on the Australian basketball league ladder

The Auckland club are 8th in the 10-team league, but can still vault into a playoff position with eleven matches remaining in the regular season.

Heading into tonight's contest against the Sydney Kings in Auckland, assistant coach Judd Flavell says it's still a bun-fight for a finals spot.

Tip off at Spark Arena is timed for 7.30pm.
