Northland Civil Defence is warning streams and rivers could rise rapidly - as more wet and windy weather pummels the upper North Island

Severe weather watches and warnings cover Northland, Auckland and Coromandel until early Thursday.
Power's been cut in parts of Northland and Auckland.
Auckland Emergency Management General Manager, Adam Maggs, is warning people not to walk or drive through flooded roads.
He says the water could contain dangerous debris, or be contaminated.
