Rob Schneider and his wife Patricia Azarcoya Schneider are heading for divorce after more than a decade together

Court documents obtained by The Sun show that Mexican actress Patricia, 37, quietly submitted her petition on December 8, 2025, ending their 15 year marriage.

Former Saturday Night Live cast member Schneider, 62, formally acknowledged the filing three days later.

In her petition, Patricia stated that the relationship had reached a point where it could not be repaired.

Because the pair have two daughters - Miranda, 13, and Madeline, 10 - the court ordered both parents to complete a mandatory parenting course within 45 days of the order being issued. The filings also confirm that the former couple are currently working through arrangements for custody, child support and spousal support.

A judge has since agreed to seal the outcome of the case, meaning the final agreement - known as a consent decree - will remain confidential once completed.

Schneider's marriage to Patricia was his third. The Hot Chick star was previously married to London King, with whom he shares musician Elle King, and later to model Helena Schneider before their split in 2005.

Schneider and Patricia married in 2011 and have frequently collaborated on projects over the years.

The split comes two years after the comic said he finally felt like his life had "come together" since turning 60 and converting to Catholicism.

He decided to dedicate himself to God amid the COVID-19 pandemic, because of all the "evil" in the world, and he's never felt better in his life.

Schneider told Closer US magazine: "I felt like there was evil in the world, and I couldn't explain it any other way. I saw this terrific priest, and that was a real eye-opener. Also, my wife is Catholic, so I felt a real connection to it and to God. Now that I'm 60, I feel that things have come together for me."
