The 41-year-old was left limping and keeping weight off her left knee after the crash in low visibility conditions.
The event was then cancelled.
Vonn has posted to social media saying she's discussing the situation with her doctors and will undergo further exams.
She says if there's one thing she does know how to do, it's a comeback.
Vonn returned to skiing in late 2024, after retiring in 2019 due to chronic arthritis in her right knee.
