Wayne Brown's publicly refused to draw up new maps after being requested to provide detail of where houses might go by the Minister.
Brown says they're too expensive and Cabinet shouldn't be given the option to say no to the revised plan.
Chris Bishop says they want a summary not maps -- and Cabinet has no plans to halt the process.
He says they need a summary, not maps -- and once they have that they'll legislate.
