    Police are urging drivers to take care on the roads as Canterbury dips into winter his weekend


    Temperatures are set to drop to minus four degrees - with rain and sleet on the horizon.

    Road Policing Manager, Detective Senior Sergeant, Greg Cottam, says motorists need to plan ahead.

    He says people should make sure vehicles are up to warrant of fitness standard, particularly tyres and windscreen wipers.
