    Penrith Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has been fined 20-thousand dollars for criticising the referees during their win over the Canberra Raiders

    After the game Cleary claimed the Raiders were 'managed' back into the game after the Panthers jumped out to an early lead.

    Acting Chief Executive Andrew Abdo says comments like it won't be tolerated as they undermined the integrity of the game.
