Nico Porteous has revealed he has developed a new trick he hopes will help land him Olympic gold in February

The Wanaka free skier became the first skiier to land back-to-back left and right 1620s in competition in winning the World Championship gold earlier this year.

Porteous who starts his season campaign tomorrow with qualifying at the Copper halfpipe world cup, says he's been working on something new.
