    A 44-year-old man's been charged over an alleged assault on a bus in Auckland's Newmarket, this month


    Police were called to a bus travelling along Broadway just before 9.30pm on May 5.

    They found an injured 37-year-old male - with non life-threatening injuries.

    A man charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm is due to appear in the Auckland District Court tomorrow.
