Celebrations continue for Bayer Leverkusen fans after the club clinched a Bundesliga football crown for the first time in their 120-year history.

Leverkusen have trounced Werder Bremen 5-nil at home to clinch the German title with five matches to spare.

Wild scenes erupted late in the game - with fans storming the pitch after Leverkusen's fourth and fifth goals.

The win ends a run of 11 straight titles for Bayern Munich.
