    An HR expert believes working from home doesn't necessarily hurt productivity


    The Government's telling public sector agencies to monitor frequency and impacts of staff working from home.

    Public Service Minister Nicola Willis says such arrangements aren't an entitlement for those workers.

    HumanKind chief executive. Kalyn Ponti says working from home works best if tailored to match a workforce's needs.

    She says creative teams would need far more collaboration than an analytics team, for example.
