Bradley Cooper has recalled his joy over going to see the Philadelphia Eagles with his father

The actor and director, 50, attended the NFL team's 40-22 victory over The Kansas City Chiefs at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans for the Super Bowl 2025 on Sunday (09.02.25) with his daughter, Lea De Seine, seven, with both pictured wearing its signature green colours as they watched the game

Bradley said in a post-game interview with 'Fox Sports: NFL' about his stockbroker dad Charles Cooper: "I'm just one of thousands and thousands that get the opportunity to love this team and live for this team, be a part of Philadelphia.

"I used to come with my dad and now I get to bring my daughter, it's just a beautiful thing in life."

Bradley, a lifelong Eagles fan, shares Lea with his 38-year-old former partner Irina Shayk.

The pair, who welcomed their daughter in 2017 before separating two years later, are said to be on good terms as they co-parent.

A source told People magazine in August 2023 the family had travelled together to Italy that summer at Lea's request. The insider said at the time: "Lea wants them all to travel together. They both want to make Lea happy."

Bradley has spoken in the past about the impact of fatherhood on his life, saying in a 2018 interview with NPR: "I guess having a child, and having a family of my own - which is a miracle and something I've always dreamt of - has opened me up even more, I guess, to the day, and to be present."

In a 2023 episode of 'Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge', the actor also discussed how losing his father had shaped his own approach to parenthood.

He said: "I mean you learn from your predecessor's mistakes and I'll make tons that hopefully Lea will learn from and then being rigorous with myself to grow.

"To help unburden her with any of my bulls***... ."

His ex Irina also spoke about their parenting dynamic in an interview with Elle, published in November 2023, saying: "He's the best father Lea and I could dream of," she said. "It always works, but it always works because we make it work."
