Any belief that someone else may have been involved in the death of Christchurch man Nigel Bom, has been shut down by a coroner

Any belief that someone else may have been involved in the death of Christchurch man Nigel Bom, has been shut down by a coroner

The 37-year-old was found dead in his bed at a New Brighton housing complex in March 2021.

His family has always questioned whether there was foul play via a fatal dose of Morphine.

But Coroner Rachael Schmidt-McCleave has found that wasn't the case - and that Bom's death was consistent with methamphetamine toxicity in a person with epilepsy.
