    Not guilty pleas from a man and woman in relation to the death of Constable Matthew Hunt


    A 24-year-old man has appeared in the High Court at Auckland accused of murdering Hunt in the suburb of Massey on June 19.

    He's also charged with attempting to murder Hunt's colleague, and injuring a member of the public with a vehicle..

    The 30-year-old woman is accused of being the getaway driver.

    A trial date for the pair, who have interim name suppression, has been set down for July next year.

    Constable Hunt's funeral will take place at Eden Park tomorrow.
