    New Zealand Football technical director Andrew Boyens admits bias towards the Wellington Phoenix over other kiwi clubs


    The disbandment of the National Premiership will see three regional conference competitions ahead of a national championship, with the Phoenix development side granted automatic entry.

    Boyens says 'favouritism' is an accurate way of describing the selection.
