    Auckland police are investigating how a person fell from a moving vehicle and died

    Auckland police are investigating how a person fell from a moving vehicle and died


    It happened just before 7 last night on Clevedon-Kawakawa Road in Kawakawa Bay, in south-east Auckland.

    Police say the person died at the scene.

    Enquiries are underway to determine the circumstances.

    The road was initially closed but has since re-opened.
