Two Police officers have kept their jobs, after the IPCA found they used excessive force in 2022

Two Police officers have kept their jobs, after the IPCA found they used excessive force in 2022

The pair arrested five 10-to-14-year olds in Flatbush in a stolen car.

Witness footage shows the officers using force, including one several times hitting a youth lying face-down.

The second officer appeared to kick a restrained a 10-year old.

One officer wasn't charged; the other pleaded guilty to common assault and was discharged without conviction.

Regional Commander Superintendent, Shanan Gray, says an employment investigation was carried out - and they accept the findings.
