Mariameno Kapa-Kingi and Takuta Ferris are now independents in Parliament, since being expelled.
Harawira was once a Maori Party MP - and went on to form the Mana Party.
He says a strong, united group of MPs alongside Labour and the Greens, could overturn the Government next election.
He's calling for discussion on a way forward involving everyone - and returning the two MPs to the team.
He's clarified he's not putting his hand up to be MP for Te Tai Tokerau - or Te Pati Maori's president.
