    A pair of foreign nationals have been arrested by Customs - accused of having 1.5 million dollars worth of illegal cigarettes


    Customs raided five storage facilities and homes in Auckland, finding smuggled cigarettes - and half-a-million dollars cash.

    A 36 year old from China and 43 year old from Malaysia have been remanded in custody after an initial court appearance.
