Three Tongan rugby league officials face two-year bans after an NRL probe found they mishandled Eliesa Katoa's repeat head-knocks before and during last month's clash with the Kiwis

The NRL holds concerns over the officials' communication and treatment of Katoa and is proposing banning the head doctor, assistant doctor, and head trainer from working with any team or player for atleast 24 months.
The Tongan forward underwent brain surgery following the incident and won't play for the Melbourne Storm next season.
