California company Bourns pending all-cash offer equates to one-dollar-55 per share - a 72 percent premium on Rakon's Friday closing price of 90 cents

Bourns says locked-in support represents 41.2 percent of voting rights.

It says it will make a formal offer within 20 working days and will be subject to 90 percent acceptance.
