    The Director General of Health has dismissed concerns about flu vaccine availability in New Zealand


    Ministry of Health emails reveal a number of conversations explicitly discussing low stocks.

    It's been revealed the Ministry knew about the problem - and even warned the Government.

    But Ashley Bloomfield says supply distribution issues were only temporary.

    He says they purchased additional Northern Hemisphere doses and Pharmac ordered an extra 300 thousand.
