Kiwi duo Michael Venus and Erin Routliffe are through to the mixed doubles semi-finals at the Australian tennis Open

Venus and Routliffe battled back from a set down to beat Asia Muhammad and Andres Molten 6-7, 6-1, 10-5 on Margaret Court Arena.

After the match, Venus said they had to dig deep to secure the win on Sky Sport.



Routliffe is also through to the semi-finals of the women's doubles with her Canadian partner Gaby Dabrowksi .
