    A majority of people are meeting the demands that go with drawing a benefit


    The Ministry of Social Development's traffic light system includes obligations for job-seekers getting support - subject to sanctions - to make sure they're actively looking for work.

    MSD chief executive Debbie Power says 98.5 percent of people are currently 'green' - meaning they're fully compliant.

    She says 0.6 percent are on orange - and 1 percent on red.
