Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalised their divorce

The couple announced in September 2025 that they had separated after 19 years of marriage and on Tuesday (06.01.26), the pair officially finalised their split in a Nashville court.

According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, neither Nicole nor Keith will pay alimony or spousal support, and the Babygirl actress will have primary custody of their daughters Sunday, 17, and 15-year-old Faith. No monthly child support will be paid.

When the 58-year-old actress filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, her court documents detailed a parenting plan they had agreed.

Nicole and Keith, 57, agreed not to speak badly of each other of the other parent's families, and will "encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

The pair were both required to attend a parenting seminar within 60 days of the divorce filing.

According to the documents, the Perfect Couple actress would be the primary residential parent of their daughters, having them for 306 days, while the country star will have them for 59 days of the year.

The Big Little Lies star signed the parenting plan on 6 September, more than a week after her estranged husband had signed the documents on 29 August.

According to TMZ, Nicole cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the breakdown of her marriage and both she and Keith waived any spousal support and child support.

However, a clause states the Blue Ain't Your Color hitmaker has pre-paid "child support obligations".

In addition, they will each retain their own assets, suggesting they had a pre-nuptial agreement in place.

While the parenting plan and "marital dissolution agreement" had been signed before Nicole filed for divorce, insiders told TMZ the Others actress had "made an abrupt decision" to submit her paperwork to officially end her marriage.

Nicole - who also has adult children Isabella and Connor with ex-husband Tom Cruise - recently admitted she knows she can overcome "devastating" and "painful" events in life because of her past experiences.

She told Harper's Bazaar magazine: "The best part [of getting older] is the experiences that you've accumulated. So you go,: 'Oh, I've been here before. I actually know how to handle this now.'

"Or: 'Maybe I haven't been in this place, but I've experienced something similar to this, and I do know that I will get through it.'

"There's something to knowing that no matter how painful, or how difficult, or how devastating something is, there is a way through.

"You're going to have to feel it. You're not going to be able to numb it. You are going to have to feel it, and it's going to feel insurmountable at times. You're going to feel like you're broken, but if you move gently and slowly - and it can take an enormous amount of time - it does pass."
