Ice Paks sold at Kmart are being recalled over toxin fears

The retailer warns Anko's small and large Gel Paks sold between 2018 to June, may include ethylene glycol .

If packaging becomes damaged, the toxic substance can leak-out, and if swallowed, possibly cause irreversible injuries or death.

Affected customers are advised to stop using the Gel Pak immediately, and return to a Kmart store for a refund.
