    Tall Blacks icon Mika Vukona will remain sidelined for a further period in the National basketball League after suffering stomach pains


    The Nelson Giants centre is being tested for appendicitis and his condition is being monitored.

    Vukona went through two weeks quarantine in order to play in the competition but has yet to take to the court.
