    ???1;Police are dealing with two 12-year-old girls accused of slashing tyres in Rotorua's CBD


    There were 17 complaints of vandalism of vehicles on Monday - in most cases, all four tyres damaged.

    CCTV footage appears to show two girls attacking wheels with a large knife.
