A proposal could see the swift destruction of boy racer and fleeing driver vehicles

The legislation that coined Judith Collins' nickname "crusher" currently requires three convictions.

It will also see bigger fines given to excessively noisy drivers.

Police Association president Chris Cahill says bringing the number of convictions down to one, should make a difference.
