Andrew Coster has accepted full responsibility for shortcomings identified in an IPCA report into the handling of complaints against Jevon McSkimming

The former Police Commissioner has resigned as Social Investment Agency chief executive, from today.
He will be paid out almost 124-thousand dollars.
Public Service Commissioner Sir Brian Roche is defending Coster's three weeks on leave.
He says the cost to the taxpayer for final payment will be the lowest amount possible.
Roche says Coster will get three months pay plus any accrued annual leave - with an exact figure confirmed when that's calculated.
