    Another subcontractor has pleaded guilty in a road-maintenance corruption case


    It relates to public road maintenance contracts being awarded in exchange for gifts.

    Frederick Pou has been sentenced to a year of home detention - for exchanges worth 582 thousand dollars, to score projects.

    Four other people have already been charged - with Pou's sentence ending the case.
