Tommy Lee Jones' daughter has died, according to reports

Victoria Jones, 34, was reportedly found dead in a San Francisco hotel room, on New Year's Day (01.01.26).

TMZ first reported news of the shocking death, citing law enforcement sources.

The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed to PEOPLE that it was called to a medical emergency at the San Francisco Fairmont hotel around 3 a.m. local time on Thursday, where an unnamed individual was found dead at the scene.

The San Francisco Police Department added to PEOPLE that officers responded to the hotel on Thursday, where they met with paramedics and dec lared an unnamed adult female dead.

NBC Bay Area reported on Victoria's death, citing police sources with "direct knowledge of the investigation" and added that the woman was "found in a hallway of the hotel early Thursday morning".

The insider added her identity cannot be confirmed until her body is formally identified by a medical examiner but police do no suspect foul play.

Tommy, 79, had Victoria and her brother Austin Jones, 43, with his ex-wife, Kimberlea Cloughley.

Victoria appeared in some of her father's movies at a young age, including Men in Black II, back in 2002 and 2005's The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, which Tommy directed.
