    A career move for All Blacks head of performance Nic Gill


    He's joining the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL as their vice-president of health and performance.

    Gill has been with New Zealand Rugby in various capacities of strength and conditioning since 2004, starting full-time with the national side in 2008.

    His role can be added to NZR's search for a chief executive, an All Blacks coach, and a handful of other people with performance in their titles.
