Kendra Wilkinson is "definitely" not dating anyone

The 34-year-old television personality has poured cold water on speculation she is seeing someone after she was photographed holding hands with a man, who she has insisted is just a friend, on a night out recently

Kendra also admitted she is still "healing" following her divorce from former NFL star Hank Baskett - with whom she has son Hank IV, nine, and daughter Alijah, five - which was finalised in February after nearly a decade of marriage and almost one year after she first filed for divorce in April 2018.

She tweeted: "I confirm that myself and kids are all that matter still and a few great friends. Anything more than that I haven’t confirmed ... healing is still in progress ... (sic)"

Sharing the picture in question, the mother-of-two went on to open up about how "scary" it is to consider "trusting" anyone again.

Kendra admitted she believes she will find her "soul mate" one day, but for the time being she is focused on her raising her children.

She added to Instagram: "Last night I step out with my friend. We look like we are dating but we are definitely not. It’s a very strange time right now with new people in my life and trusting people all over again is very scary.

"I try to just go with the flow and do what makes me happy and what makes my soul smile but sometimes bites my butt and I wake up and have to answer to people about a picture they see.

"I do believe in love and I do believe I will in time find my soul mate but for now mama is just having fun exploring my new life. I’m healthy and kids are great and for now that still remains top priority. I pray pray pray so hard that the choices I’m making now are right. I’m a fragile ass mother f***er right now. Giving this thing called life everything I got and more. (sic)”
