    Police have confirmed the fisherman missing at Lake Wakatipu near Glenorchy - is 37-year-old Dunedin man, Martin Peter Suttie


    The search and rescue operation is in its third day - supplemented by the Police National Dive Squad yesterday afternoon.

    And a team of dive specialists from the HMNZS Matataua will assist tomorrow.

    A police spokesperson says Suttie had been fishing near the shore before being reported missing about 3pm on Sunday.

    The Suttie family has asked for privacy as the search continues.
