    Frustration for Scott Dixon after his chance for a top qualifying spot slipped from his grasp at the latest IndyCar event in California


    The Kiwi star will start 10th for tomorrow's race - following a tightly contested qualifying session at Laguna Seca.

    Dixon says he should have earned a better place on the grid.



    Scott McLaughlin was the best of the New Zealand drivers in seventh - with Marcus Armstrong qualifying 11th.
