South Africa have ousted New Zealand from the men's Olympic sevens quarter-finals 14-7, a reversal of their pool play result

The triumph mirrors their 15s Springbok counterparts victory at the same Stade de France venue over the All Blacks in the World Cup final last year.

South Africa will play France, who advanced 26-14 over Argentina.

Fiji beat Ireland 19-15 - they'll play Australia, who defeated the United States 18-nil.
