The just revealed Australian Federal Budget is being criticised as an election sweetener

The just revealed Australian Federal Budget is being criticised as an election sweetener

The Treasurer's announced tax relief for households.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is yet to call the election - expected in coming months.

Political commentator Steve Price says the hand-out mentality of many Australians will work in Labor's favour.

Price says he expects Albanese to scrape through, or have to do a deal with independents.
