Building surveyors stress the importance of feedback when it comes to new Overseas Standards Bill

Building surveyors stress the importance of feedback when it comes to new Overseas Standards Bill

More than 12-thousand new construction products will arrive by July as the Government loosens regulations.

It'll mean international standards and certifications will now be allowed.

Institute of Building Surveyors President David Clifton, says feedback's a key piece of the construction process.

He says this will ensure there's long-term performance and increased public trust, for overseas materials.
