Erik and Lyle Menendez were sentenced in 1996 for the killings at a Beverly Hills mansion.
They say they acted in self-defence after years of abuse - but prosecutors argue they did it to get their parents' fortune
A judge has now reduced their sentences to 50-years-to-life in prison - having already served 35 years.
Under California's youthful offenders law - they're now immediately eligible for parole, and have a hearing in June.
