Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the former prince, has been stripped of his remaining royal titles by King Charles.
Mr Mountbatten-Windsor announced in October he would give up his title of Duke of York and honours following a discussion with his brother, the King.
He later had his royal titles stripped and was told to leave the royal lodge.
Mr Mountbatten-Windsor has also had his military titles removed.
A notice posted in the London Gazette directed that Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's two remaining royal titles be cancelled.
The notice read:
"THE KING has directed that the appointment of Andrew Albert Christian Edward MOUNTBATTEN-WINDSOR to be a Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, dated 23 April 2006, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.
"THE KING has directed that the appointment of Andrew Albert Christian Edward MOUNTBATTEN-WINDSOR to be a Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, dated 19 February 2011, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order."
The Order of the Garter is one of the most senior orders of knighthood in the British honours system and was founded by King Edward III in 1348.
The Royal Victorian Order recognises distinguished personal service to the monarch, members of the royal family, or to any viceroy or senior representative of the monarch.
It was established by Queen Victoria in 1896.
Andrew has been under renewed pressure in recent weeks over his relationship with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
He has been summoned to appear before a US congressional panel investigating Epstein.
