Christina Applegate has launched a new online platform for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS)

The 54-year-old actress was diagnosed with the chronic condition back in 2021, and Christina has now launched Next in MS, a new platform that will allow others affected by MS to share their own experiences.

The site explains: "Living with multiple sclerosis isn't easy.

"Christina Applegate has never been shy about that. She's been open about the pain, the fatigue, the frustration-even the parts that are difficult to say out loud.

"That's why Christina is starting a different conversation... one where we can talk openly, ask tough questions, seek difficult answers, and navigate complex paths forward, together. As Christina begins the next chapter of her MS journey, she's inviting you to come along for the ride...and she's not holding back.

    "What will Christina discover next...?

"Catch a glimpse of what Christina is learning as she explores the next chapter of her journey with MS-the good, the bad, the ugly. Watch the "Next In MS" trailer below, and don't forget to sign up above. (sic)"

Christina previously announced plans to release a memoir, revealing that it will be "filled with the ups and downs" of her life.

The actress is set to explore all of the highs and lows of her life in her upcoming memoir, You With the Sad Eyes.

The Hollywood star - who has also survived a cancer scare - shared: "I've had a career in TV and film since I was three years old, and I loved it. But with MS, all the things I thought were important shifted. For a long time, it felt impossible to find the meaning in everything I've been through, but for the first time in my life I've been able to stop and reflect."

Christina admitted that being so vulnerable with the public is a "scary" experience. However, she promised that the new memoir will be a "real" account of everything she's been through in her life.

She said: "It's scary - not gonna lie - to finally decide to tell it all. But it will be real. It will be filled with the ups and downs, the humour and grief of life."
